Giveaway: $100 worth of Restaurant.com cards.

This week’s giveaway is courtesy of two sites:
- MyBargainBuddy.com, run by the lovely and talented Karen Hoxmeier, whose motto is “Never pay full price again” (what a nice idea!)
- Savings.com, the fabulous deal site that invited me to the SaveUp 2010 conference in Chicago. (Thanks again to all of you who voted for me. I am now a DealPro — this video proves it.)
Each contributed $50 worth of cards so that some lucky reader can have cheap chow. That could be you – so enter, already. Here’s how:

How awesome! We’re going to be cutting out budget in mega ways as I look to possibly stay home with the little one. As that will include nixing eating out, this would be a nice treat to help us stay on track!

Found out from JD’s site that you lived in AK. Do you think the same frugality tips are available in places like AK that have higher cost of living?
@Amanda: Many of the same tips will work — you just won’t save quite as much. Does that make sense? For example, it wasn’t until recently that Anchorage got a Walgreens, with its free-after-rebate stuff, and it doesn’t have CVS or Rite Aid. Grocery-store choices are relatively limited, too, and you don’t have cheap farmer’s-market produce the way some cities do.
General frugal practices work wherever you are, however.
