Giveaway: Ceramic ion flat iron.

Got any hair freaks on your holiday list? This week’s giveaway, sponsored by Folica.com, can help you out.

The Solia 1¼” tourmaline ceramic ion flat iron uses far-infrared heat and extra negative ions to reduce heat damage. You can get it in black, pink, red or purple. It comes with a heat-proof pouch.

As you might guess from its name, Folica.com is “all about the hair.” If you don’t win the flat iron, go over and look for other under-the-tree options. At this time of year free shipping and/or free gifts are being offered right and left.

And if you don’t have any hair freaks on your list? Use the prize yourself, donate it to some kind of gift program (some of the names on the Angel Tree belong to teenagers) or put it on Craigslist.

If you do any (or all!) of these things, please leave separate, additional comments to get credit for each entry.

The deadline is 9 p.m. PST Monday, Dec. 12.

  1. This would be great for DD who will be coming home from college for “winter break”. It’s always good to see her come and good to see her go….LOL.

  2. I admit it: if I win, this will be a present for me. My Irish/Dutch hair is a flyaway mess.

(Thanks for running such awesome contests, Donna!)

  4. i KNOW if I were to win this DD1 & DD2 would fight over it if they could get past me. My late Mom used to refer to our hair as (PC term by me)Morrocan Jew.

  5. I already have one of my own, and love it. But I would like to win this one so I can donate it to our local women’s program. They help remove women from bad situations and learn how to dress and act appropriately in the workplace. This would be great for them!

  6. I was so in the Christmas spirit, thinking of others on my list. But this headline grabbed my attention… I have been wanting one of these for myself for a long time. But it is just not a necessity. Would love to win it and keep it for myself. 🙂

    How’s that for honesty?
