It’s been fun trotting around the blogosphere this week. Why keep it all to myself?
“Delayed gratification,” at Girl With the Red Balloon
“What’s your frugal Kryptonite?” at I Pick Up Pennies
“The words I hate to say the most” at Modern Tightwad
“Overcoming the wall” at Financial Samurai
“A critique of marriage, from a bride-to-be” at Tiger Beatdown
“Being frugal 100% of the time isn’t for me” at Rainy Day Saver
“5 signs that you’re too obsessed with your budget” at Wise Bread
“Learn a skill – online – and build a new income stream” at Funny About Money (note: the cost of Funny’s online writing course, through Paradise Valley Community College, may be a deductible expense!)
Some sponsored content from Whiskey in My Sippy Cup (it doesn’t have a title, but it’s funny as hell and contains priceless wisdom regarding the secret of longevity)
Finally, to kill your boozy-sippy-cup buzz, “Many wins, but one big loss in the financial reform bill” at Ask Liz Weston
P.S. Don’t forget to enter to win the two-headed prize: Godiva chocolate and a $10 Amazon gift card. Details here.
Such a good post ! Thanks for not keeping them to yourself – a nice sampling of good writing.
Thank you for the mention! 🙂
Yay! Thanks for the mention. Hope folks will sign up for the college’s 8-week online course. It may transfer to journalism or English programs in your state — check with your desired school if that possibility interests you. Because it’s writing-intensive, too, it might fill a university’s literacy requirement.
